Buttons

I bought these pearl buttons in a market recently for £1, I know - bargain! But I've been admiring the choice of thread colour and the arrangement of non matching sets. It seems so lovingly done. I often use buttons in my work and it was my intention to snip these off and use them but I'm wondering if I'll manage to destroy this little work of art.
